The Frontline Plus controls fleas extremely well, even in tropical areas where infestations can easily get out of hand. With regular once-a-month usage, I've had zero problems. Also, my dogs have never shown an allergic reaction, skin rash or itching while using Frontline. The family didn't want to put those chemicals on him, but we had no choice. He is very sensitive, and most likely has allergies. So far he's been okay with the dosage.
